As a junior Customer Success Manager at SurePay you’ll be part of the Business Operations team, reporting directly to the CEO. Your team sits at the center of the business and you’ll interact with all kinds of stakeholders from developers in the IT teams to clients that need help with implementing our products. This is a varied and dynamic job that ranges from interacting with clients, to initiating process improvements to analyzing and processing data. 

As SurePay grows as a business, the amount of products we offer and clients we serve grows too. With that, we rely more and more on accurate data processing and investigation to serve our customers. As a junior Customer Success Manager you like to work hands-on with data and are keen to learn and understand how our algorithm works. You’ll take responsibility for our regular data processing and loading activities and are ok with performing recurring tasks. These activities are what gives a real insight into our business, algorithm and technology so that you have a deeper understanding when speaking to our customers.

You’ll participate in coordinating implementations between our development teams and clients. At your core you are a result-oriented facilitator with an analytical mindset. You’re a strong communicator with a natural curiosity to dive into data. Although you sit in a team, working independently is not a problem for you. You also don’t shy away from a dynamic and fast paced environment; we are a scale-up after all!

  • Operational monitoring (shared responsibility)
  • Building and managing dashboards and monitoring and alerting systems;
  • Keep learning and helping to improve our business as a whole. You are free to pick up projects if you spot opportunities for improvement!


Is this you? 

  • Relevant studies in an area such as business or management for example
  • Clear and strong communication skills (in English), both in writing and spoken. Additional EU languages are a plus.
  • Good at connecting with other people such as clients and internal stakeholders
  • You describe yourself as a team player, a self starter and a driven person
  • Problem solving
  • Affinity with data processes such as loading and processing 
  • Work experience with analytical tools and dashboarding tools such as Kibana, PowerBI, Tableau is a plus
