Data Delivery Manual

This document is intended for organisations that feel that their company name is not being properly checked. They can supply names to SurePay for the bank accounts they are allowed to have and agree with SurePay the rules on how the names in the database should be treated.

In this document you will find more information about the file that you can submit and the requirements that SurePay sets for it to be able to process. The document also contains specifications with regard to the security of your data.
