ABN AMRO informs its customers about the IBAN-Name Check, because today the check went live in their internet banking. In a few weeks time it will also be added to the app. As of now, customers of ABN AMRO will get a message when they make a credit transfer to a person or company who's details do not seem to match with the registration at the bank.

This is another milestone for SurePay. Now that all large banks in the Netherlands are connected to our service, the IBAN-Naam Check is available to nearly 90% of Dutch citizens.
